Getting involved

Involving residents, being influenced by them and giving residents greater choice are priorities to Redbridge Homes. For Redbridge Homes Tenants and Leaseholders, this is often known as Resident Engagement.

Resident Engagement is above all about tenants and leaseholders getting involved with Redbridge Homes to improve services. It helps us deliver a better service to you and helps you receive a better service from us.

There are many ways you can get involved

  • You can reply to questionnaires
  • You can let us know when things go right or wrong
  • You can set up a residents group
  • You can represent your estate by becoming an Estate Guardian
  • You can attend one of the Local Housing Forums
  • You can join one of our established focus groups
  • You can be kept informed about specific subjects, giving you the choice of when and how you get involved
