and Leaseholders, this is often known as Resident Engagement.
Resident Engagement is above all
about tenants and leaseholders getting involved with Redbridge
Homes to improve services. It helps us deliver a better service to
you and helps you receive a better service from us.
There are many ways you can get
involved

- You can let us know when things go
right or wrong
- You can set up a residents group
- You can represent your estate by
becoming an Estate Guardian
- You can attend one of the Local
Housing Forums
- You can join one of our established
focus groups

The Resident Engagement Team
provide help and assistance to residents to enable them to become
involved at a level of commitment which suits them.
Whether you just want a quick chat to
look at ways of making your estate a better place or whether you
want help to set up a Residents Association, our
Resident Engagement Officers can help by offering
support. The Resident Engagement Team also run various
free training events for residents to develop their skills.
