How
do I request a repair?
Redbridge Homes Tenants and
leaseholders can report repairs direct to Morrison. Morrison Facilities Services, are the
contractors who carry out all the day-to-day repairs for
Redbridge Homes properties and estates.
Morrison operate a repairs
hotline. The hotline is a 24 hour free phone number 0800
393 994 (this number is not a free phone number for some
mobile telephone customers).
If required, we are able to
arrange for an interpreter to assist you with reporting your repair
over the telephone. Our local area Housing Offices are fitted
with direct telephone lines to the Morrison Repair Centre. Staff at
these offices also have access to interpretation services to assist
you with reporting your repair.

When emailing, please include
your name, address, telephone number and
a brief description of the
repair. Please do not use email to report emergency
repairs, as the phone is much
quicker!
Emergency
repairs will be actioned urgently. The contractor will visit within
two hours and make safe the damage within 24 hours.
