Becoming a tenant
Redbridge Homes houses tenants that
have chosen a home through the Choice Based Lettings System. This
is managed by the London Borough of Redbridge Housing Advice
Centre.
Unfortunately Redbridge
Homes do not take direct lettings from the public.
Anyone interested in becoming a tenant
must first complete an application
for Choice Based Lettings. Once offered a home with us we will show
you round the property and explain the conditions of tenancy. If
