Redbridge Homes
manages Council owned Housing for the London Borough of Redbridge.
It prides itself on providing excellent services to our tenants and
leaseholders. Our Services are organised into different functions
and managed by its own Chief Executive and Board.
We provide centralised, specialist and
generic functions covering such things as:
- Managing estates and
caretaking
- Responding to neighbour
disputes
- Managing the Repairs contract and
improving homes
- Dealing with tenancy and
leasehold issues
- Collecting rent arrears and
former tenant arrears
- The letting of properties
- Resident Involvement
- Right To Buy
- Service Improvement

- When you visit us you will be seen
within 5 minutes.
- If you haven’t made an appointment you
won’t have to wait any longer than 10 minutes to speak to a member
of staff who can help you.
- You will be offered a private space to
talk to us.
- You will be offered a telephone to
contact the Council.
- Your calls will be answered in 4
rings.
- If you do have to leave a message,we
will call you back the next working day.
- We will write to you within 10 working
days.
- We will always wear a name badge and
give our name when we answer the phone.
- We aim to deal with your enquiry
straightaway. If we can’t we will get back to you promptly with an
answer.
- We will make sure your new home is
clean and tidy, and give you the support you need to settle
in.
- We will write to you in clear language
that is easy to understand.
- Our receptions will be welcoming and
accessible for wheelchair users and have facilities for people with
hearing difficulties.

information about the services we and other relevant agencies can
offer.
